I waive, release and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, property theft, and disability and will not hold Ozark Community Pickleball or Ozark Pickleball & Sports Complex, or any of its agents, volunteers, or representatives, responsible. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather conditions, physical condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and producers of this activity. Current class colors available are:
Black Heather with white lettering
Sea Green (turquoise) with white lettering
You may also bring your own shirt and
pay to have the logo added for $6 (tax included).
Orders can be taken at your first class.
Medium, Large, and XL are
currently available in both colors.
Shirts run true to size.
